Egyptian giants Al Ahly club have dominated this competition with the highest number of Super Cup trophies, 4 in total since its inception. They have won one more than bitter rivals Zamalek with three wins. Behind the Egyptians sides is Nigerian’s Enyimba and Etoile Sahel of Tunisia who have two wins each. The other winners are Africa Sports of Cote d’Ivoire the first club to win the competition back in 1992, ASEC Mimosas also from Cote d’Ivoire , Esperance of Tunisia, Hearts of Oak of Ghana, Orlando Pirates of South Africa, Raja Casablanca of Morocco and TP Mazembe of Dr Congo who will try to make it back to back wins should they beat FUS Rabat of Morocco in Lubumbashi on January 29th.
